5. Changes to Rules & Regulations, Management Policies and Systems
5.1 The Board of Management or Members in General Meeting may change the Justitia Rules & Regulations, Management Policies and/or Systems at any time. No warranty as to the correctness of any information in or any omission of information from this Website is given by Justitia or its Officers and Advisers.
6. Policy Documents
6.1 The Policy Documents, as issued to each Member firm by the Insurers, shall prevail where there is any conflict between this Website and any policy of insurance. Professional and other liability risk exposures and the insurance arrangements that may be available to address such risks are relatively complex issues. They are determined by the policy issued.
6.2 The Justitia Insurance Consultants will be pleased to assist Legal Practitioners enquiring about the application of any policy of insurance to meet specific circumstances.

7.1 The names Justitia and Justitia Mutual Association Incorporated, and the Justitia logo are our trademarks. We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in our Website and in the material published on it. Those works are protected by copyright laws and by treaties around the world.
